All Wars Are Fought Over Land

Note: The following is a Middle East Peace Treaty based on the premise that "All Wars Are Fought Over Land"

Arab-Israeli Peace Agreement

The Borders of Israel shall be Israel and the West Bank.
Palestinian People living within Israel shall be Palestinian-Israeli Citizens.
Palestinians living within Gaza shall be Citizens of the Sovereign State of Gaza.
Syria shall regain the Golan Heights.
Lebanon shall regain the Taba Farms.
Palestinians living within Lebanon shall be Palestinian-Lebanese Citizens.
Palestinians living within Syria shall be Palestinian-Syrian Citizens.
Palestinians living within Jordan shall be Palestinian-Jordanian Citizens.
The Rights for future Palestinian's to Immigrate into Israel and the Rights of future Jewish People to Immigrate into Israel shall be Equal: On a One for One Basis.
There shall be an Unconditional Amnesty and Release of All Palestinian and Israeli Prisoners.
The Walled City of Jerusalem shall remain Sovereign to all People who believe in the same Creator as revealed by Abraham.

Notes: The Fundamentalists in Israel are not going to give up the West Bank for religious reasons: The Land of the West Bank "Judea and Samaria" was an Old Testament Biblical Promise to the Jewish People. Israel would accept this Peace Treaty because it is given Sovereignty over the Biblical Homeland - and Israel would still maintain their Jewish Vote Majority. The Palestinian's today within Israel (not the occupied territories) are mainly living in peaceful co-existence. Offering basically the same rights of Citizenship to the Palestinian's in the West Bank should mean the same peaceful co-existence for the same reasons.

Gaza shall become the new Palestinian State. Israel will not accept the incorporation of the Gaza Strip into Israel's territory as a One-State Solution because Israel is not going to accept the demographics - Non-Jewish Majority. Although Palestinians would be a minority, like the Kurds, in many different countries - there could still be a state of peaceful co-existence between the Palestinian's and Israel.
Palestinian's living outside Israel and the new Palestine, Gaza, will be given the reality of being Citizens of a Land, instead of Refugee's within a Land.

Christian's, Jewish People and Muslims have been fighting over the Land of Jerusalem for 1000's of Years. The Treaty is worded so all parties could accept. Muslims will not accept the peaceful surrender of the Walled City of Jerusalem. It should be recognized, though, that Muslim's and Jewish People recognize the same faith of Abraham; if the Jewish People understood that Islam and Judaism are basically the same religion, that the same prophets of the Old Testament are the same prophets of the Koran, that all Muslims recognize that they believe in the same Creator as the Jewish people, then maybe Jewish and Israeli people would not see the conflict as between "good and bad" over the same land. In fact, the Koran is a validation of the Jewish Religion; and perhaps Israel itself. Likewise if common Muslims would emphasize the teachings of the Koran's biblical rights of the Jewish people to the promised land; and that these Israelites are descendants of Abraham, . . . then both sides may stop feeling they have to take sides and fight over the same land. The following is a quote from the Koran:

"And [remember] when Moses said to his people: 'O my people, call in remembrance the favour of God unto you, when he produced prophets among you, made you kings, and gave to you what He had not given to any other among the peoples. O my people, enter the Holy Land which God has assigned unto you, and turn not back ignominiously, for then will ye be overthrown, to your own ruin.'" [Qur'an 5:20-21]
